Aleigha hugged her parents and got on the plane, she was headed to school where her siblings were, she was excited to see her brother again, the two were close and she nearly died when he left. Leigha watched out the window as the plane took off. It was a long ride that she would spend at least one whole night on. The young girl watched as the sun set and then she began to doze off to sleep, her mind began to wonder. “We will be landing in an hour.” The lady did speak, Aleigha opened her eyes, the time sure did fly while she was in the air. Once the plane landed the girl grabbed her bags and left to the taxi that awaited her. Putting her bags in the trunk then sitting in the back. “I need to go to the Charles Xavier School for gifted youngsters please.” The man nodded and drove off to the school. About an hour drive through the city to the school and Aleigha was ready to call it a night, even if it was only noon. Handing the cab man money Aleigha got out and got her bags, looking up at the huge school she walked up to the gate and walked right through it with her stuff.
The school was huge, and she was unsure of where to go. So the young girl made her way up to the door, the grounds were nice and very green, the place was just like Kitty said it would be. Aleigha reached up and knocked on the door. She was nervous of who would be the one to answer the door, and then she thought about her brother, would he know she was coming or was she a surprise for him?

No sooner had Aleigha knocked on the door to the school did it swing open. Without any person opening it being discernible, the large slab of wood swung open ominously. Standing completely still, the door, didn't perform any following actions afterwords. Inside, the mansion seemed totally dark and deserted. Almost as if it were something out of a horror, small noises, such as scattering and dripping, began filling the room.
The buzz of sound became progressively louder and louder, reaching a crescendo where one could barely hear themselves think. Then out of nowhere and hand shot out of the darkness behind the new girl and firmly gripped her shoulder before whispering in the young ladies ear, "boo."
No sooner had this word been uttered did everything immediately lighten, the lights became bright and windows filled with daylight, the mansion truly began resembling a home. And Rachel was now on the floor nearly in tears at the practical joke.

Aleigha jumped a bit in surprise, she was not one for things of the unknown touching her. the young girl looked at the orange haired one that was laughing. Aleigha let out a sigh and a chuckling noise escaped her lips, it was quite funny. “Um, I guess I am in the right spot, seeing you didn’t do any of that with your hands, My names Aleigha.” She stared at the girl, wondering about the school, she was scared that no one would like her, but her mom and dad ensured that the people here were friendly. Seeing that the young girl couldn’t stop laughing Aleigha just kind of just wondered up to a picture of all of the old students that went to the school, she stared up at her mother and father who were next to each other.
“Wow, I haven’t seen this picture before.” This was true, Aleigha had seen many pictures in her day but this one she had not seen, was there a story to this picture that her parents didn’t like or was it just a picture they didn’t have. Aleigha looked back at the now not laughing girl and smiled, “do you feel better now?”

Christopher sitting under a tree sketching a dandelion. He had been sitting there for a while now. Actually he didn't know how long he was sitting there. He forgot to wear his watch and he the last thing he did before he got here was eat lunch. He remembered he still had brought an apple with him. He picked it up and took a bite of the apple. It didn't taste as fresh so he knew that a lot of time had passed. He knew he was forgetting something. Something important. He flickered through his note book to his important schedule. He read it at loud to himself. "Lets see. 9am Wake up. 11am combat training. 1:30 pm lunch. 5 pm Meet little sister. 6 pm din..." He just remebered what he forgot.
He immediately stood up and started running at full speed towards the main building. He was truly happy to see his little sister again. He rushed through the doors stopping at where Rachel was laughing on the floor. "You really did it didn't you. Can you ever act your age?" Even though Rachel was the strongest telepath in the academy, she could be a real pain. He walked up towards Aleigha giving her a gigantic bear hug and picking her up from the flower. "It is so good to see you again. How are mother and father?" He put her back down on the ground. but didn't release the hug. He hadn't seen her for years, and he missed her every day.

"My-My God," Summers gasped between guffaws of giggling, "I-I can't breathe!" Usually Rachel wasn't quite this mean about a little practical joke that she was pulling on a new kid, and hell she usually didn't pull them either unless it was hazing. Aleigha was, however, a very special case in the telepath's eyes as far as being deserving of getting picked on. Eyes that were watering over with tears from her perceived hysterical amounts of humor at giving this chick what for. After all, for the last couple of years she had been moving in on the red-head's turf in terms of men, and at long-distance no less!
Rachel was certainly being over-protective of her boyfriend Jimmy Howlett, even if they weren't TECHNICALLY dating anymore, and hadn't been for about 3 years since Howlett had started seeing THIS one, a mistake of which she frequently points out to her best friend. After all, Marvel Girl was very protective of her friends. And she saw Aleigha as some random hussie who had been forcing the fella that she loved into a long-distance relationship for the last three years. Long distance never worked, and it absolutely baffled her that Aleigha and Howlett were able to stay together for as long as they had been.
Finally finishing her fit of uncontrolled laughter, Rachel floated herself back into a standing position so that she could wipe a few stray tears from her eyes. "Oh Chris!" She said in a somewhat whining voice, "you're never any fun, it was just a joke!" Levitating in circles around Aleigha, looking her up and down with a very critical glare, nothing special, don't see why he insists on being so puppy-eyed over this chick... Rachel thought to herself with a bitter mental voice.
"So YOU'RE Aleigha?" Summers inquired with a very discernible sneer in her voice, "well it's nice to meet you I suppose." At this point it was clear that by this point the claws were coming out, as the telepath twirled her hair around her finger.
Today, Rachel was wearing a long purple t-shirt that hung to nearly her knees made for her band. From beneath the way long shirt was a pair of bright red skinny jeans and dark blue converse sneakers. Around her wrist were all kinds of ties and bands, along with a golden necklace and locket with a secret inside of it.

Aleigha hugged her brother back. She missed him a lot and there was nothing better than a brothers hugs. Aleigha smiled wide, Chris meant a lot to her. “Momma misses you Chris and dad he is very proud of you. They wanted to come up and see you but dad had a business trip.” She looked up at the ceiling; the building was wonderful, huge and beautiful. There was how ever one person she wanted to see more than anything, Jimmy. She missed him and she was glad that she bumped in to him that one day. Aleigha looked at Chris, she wondered if he had known about her and jimmy being a couple. .” Turning her attention back to Chris and smiled. “I can’t wait to start my classes; I hope that this place is fun.”
The girl looked at Rachel and smiled. She could feel that the orange haired girl didn’t like her and she was going to be the one problem Aleigha was going to have. “Yeah I am. I’m sorry that you have a problem with me girlie but I’m here to stay, I hope we can be friends but if not then what ever.” Aleigha was now standing her ground, there was no way she was going to be scared away that easy. Aleigha’s smile was now faded to scowl, she was starting no to like this smart-but girl. Turning back to Chris and smiled, “So brother how have you been.” Aleigha kept her eye on the orange haired one as she talked with Chris.
Aleigha listened to Chris she missed having him around. “So how about I drop off my bags in my room, and then we go on a tour” She moved the hair from her face and checked her cell phone. So far their was no text message this was good, it meant Jimmy didn’t know she was here yet and that was good, she wanted to surprise him.
