Pieces of Eden

On 12/21/12 the world was supposed to come to an end as predicted by the First Civilization. Our end would have come in the form of a massive solar flare the likes of which has only been seen once before. But the untold destruction that such an event would bring never came thanks to one Desmond Miles, a member of the Assassin Order. Initially a reluctant slacker, wasting away in a bar in New York, Desmond sacrificed his life to ensure that the planet would be spared. But in doing so he unleashed a force that is arguably an even greater threat. Her name is Juno, and she plans to enslave all of humanity. Assassin, templar, civilian: allegiances do not matter to her. Every human is nothing more than an expendable piece of equipment.

It is up to us to put a stop to her plots before she has the power to take over the world. According to Minerva, the only way to achieve such a feat is to gather all the Pieces of Eden for they hold the necessary power to imprison her once again. Even with this great threat looming, the creed of the Assassins and the Templars must not be abandon for if and when she is stopped, the world still needs guidance. So whose side of this conflict, one lasting thousands of years, will you join? Or will you simply sit aside, oblivious to the bigger picture? After all, ignorance is bliss. This is Pieces of Eden.
