Simple, place a character concept that you want to use here, don't steal someone Else's concept without permission. When you post a concept try to name at least one character concept above yours. I'll put up one that I've had trouble naming.
Power: The ability to change the nature and state of the matter which compromises his body. i.e. touches titanium, becomes titanium if he wills it to, touches acid, he becomes an acid elemental, touches oxygen and he becomes part of the wind.
Character: he's a black-Irish from the Bronx, grew up boxing but after finishing school and stuff has gone on to teach Physics and Music at the Institute.
