He always dresses to impress the ladies. He lets his money do the talking as he is always wearing the latest wear. He has a six pack and toned biceps to go with it. Spending so much time in the sun and water has given him a decent tan. His hair has been bleached by the sun and, well, bleach. His favorite thing to wear is what impresses the ladies the most.

His combat suit consists of a breathable bold red material with black swirls on the chest. Black and gold flames go up the arms. The suit is not tight-fitting, but it is snug. A few wires attach to the back of his head, enhancing his powers slightly. His suit has swords on the forearms that he can deploy at will.

Personality:

Horndog: He will do almost anything to get with the girl he wants at that moment in time. He has been known to go around the block. Kyle has even paid some women to sleep with him.

Silver Tongued: Kyle can talk his way into almost anything, even into the secret parts of government buildings. If he can't talk someone into doing something, he know that everybody has a price.

Snob: Kyle will only hang out with the "cool" crowd. If you aren't popular, he will insult and harass you unless he sees something of interest. That person would instantly become popular.

Intelligent: Kyle might not seem like it, but he is one of the smartest people in high school. Although he could just as easily bribe the teachers, he will do his homework and earn the grade. He also has a personal library in his mansion that he reads from a lot.

Powers:

Telepathic hallucination: Kyle can peek into somebody's mind and find out what their biggest fear is. He will then cause them to hallucinate about that. The hallucination will only end when they either overcome their fear or Kyle decides they have had enough. His powers are limited to finding their fear, not to reading thoughts or predicting moves. If they overcome their fear, he must peek into their mind to find their next fear and bring it to "life."

Skills:

Silver-tongue: Kyle can talk his way in or out of almost any situation. He has managed to talk his way into multiple government buildings. If he isn't sure what to answer, he will beat around the bush, convincing people he gave an answer when he really didn't. Multiple politicians have won elections with his help.

Academics: Having spent so much time reading and studying, Kyle has become quite the bookworm. He has little trouble answering difficult questions on a test. He is best at math and speech, but the other areas of study don't fall too far behind. He has had a 4.0 GPA ever since second grade. His average grade at the end of the semester was 103%.

Swimming: Spending so much of his time in the water, Kyle has become a predominant swimmer. While not the fastest, he can swim longer and farther than most people, even during rough tides. He takes laps in his Olympic-sized swimming pool at least once a week. He likes it because it helps him keep his washboard abs.

Personal History:

Kyle was born into wealth. His father is one of the most successful lawyers in the country and his mother is high up in the chain at Starks industry. If he wanted it, he would get it. His first car was a Ferrari. He had his first one night stand at the age of 15 when his parents were on their honeymoon.

Kyle owns multiple estates. His favorite one is on a private island. He will fly him and one or more girls out there just to convince them to sleep with him. If he doesn't get it, then he will use his abilities until they agree to.

Kyle has always been popular in high school. If somebody was like by Kyle, they instantly became popular. However, Kyle was also a bully. He would pick on other people and harass them. He has even been known to send his "goons" after somebody.

After having so many be afraid of him because of his abilities, Kyle has been convinced that regular humans were inferior to mutants. He joined the House of M to help with the cause of protecting mutants and to overrule the "inferior beings" as he calls them. He will donate money to the House of M and even provide "inferior being" assistance with his abilities.
